Returns
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it if you are not satisfied with the items. Please note that we do not offer free returns; shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
- Normal handling is acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling will not be covered.
- Products that require hygiene maintenance must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product is defective upon receipt, it is eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to the customer’s negligence.
How Do I Return My Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo documentation (if applicable, e.g., for damaged items)
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address

We will review your request and send you the return address.

Do not send the item back to the sender's address; we will provide you with the correct return address.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the day you or a third party (who is not the carrier) receives the item.
As our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after submission. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order is in transit, you must wait until you receive the item before initiating a return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at infolifetron.fashion@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision. Cancellation is considered complete once we have received the returned items. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times. Once the items are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel and then return the item after receipt.
For quicker processing, we recommend sending us a shipping confirmation when returning the item.
Refund Policy
If you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for extra fees if you selected a delivery method other than our standard option). Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of your cancellation and the items.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Important Notes
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
- We do not offer free returns; return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed only once we have received and inspected the returned item.
